Lil Scrappy releasing first solo album feat single ”Money In The Bank”

Lil Scrappy is about to release his first solo album entitled “Bred 2 Die Born 2 Live” which he took almost a year and a half just to complete.

Lil Scrappy (Darryl Richardson) first gained the attention of a mainstream audience back in 2004 when Lil Jon inked a deal to bring Lil Scrappy’s BME Recordings to Warner Bros Records as a joint venture partnership and signatured his “Head Bussa” anthem which originally released in 2003. The song made it to #73 on the Billboards hip-hop music charts and since then Lil Scrappy has been scrapping his way to the top of the chain.

Currently 22 year-old Lil Scrappy is about to release his first solo album entitled “Bred 2 Die Born 2 Live” which he took almost a year and a half just to complete and to find himself. The album is set for release on December 05, 2006 under BME Recordings/Reprise Records/ Warner Bros Records/G-Unit Records. “Bred 2 Die Born 2 Live” contains over 17 tracks including the hot single “Money In The Bank” produced by Isaac Hayes III, “Bred 2 Die” and “Gangsta Gangsta” and feature appearances from artists such as Young Buck, G’s Up, Lil Jon, Olivia, 50 Cent, Bohagon, Ma$e and others.

Since working on the album, Lil Scrappy has put other plans on the sideline like his new clothing line which is pushed back until a later date.
